Not included

What Sits Outside the Standard Plans

A few things are priced separately or are not available yet, so you can plan around them.

  • No free trial
  • Masked calls and texts between passengers and drivers are a separate monthly add-on per relay number
  • ABA export creates bank files for payout runs; it does not transfer money to drivers automatically
  • Custom domains are not currently available to buy

Billing

Signup, Billing and Cancellation

Starter, Growth and Scale are set up through operator signup on booktaxiservice.au, where the current price is confirmed before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you choose. To change plan or cancel, email hello@booktaxiservice.au. A paid-up plan is cancelled at the end of the period you have already paid for, and keeps working until then.

Pricing Questions

Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. Australian prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

Is there a free trial?

No. The current plans do not include a free trial.

Can New Zealand operators sign up?

Yes. Self-serve registration supports New Zealand, billed monthly with no setup fee: NZD $109 Starter, $219 Growth and $499 Scale + GST.

Is the price on this page the price I pay?

These are the current published prices. The price you pay is confirmed during signup on booktaxiservice.au.

Does ABA export pay drivers automatically?

No. It produces bank files for your payout run; you make the transfer through your bank.
